Return Process
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, no worry. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
1. Please send an email to support@carbannerflags.com first and we will write back to you with return address in 24 hours.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and your return reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.
